If so, we have an opportunity for you as a Commercial Director for our Global Supplements business, responsible for increasing revenue and growing market presence across all sales channels with a particular focus on the German market.
What you'll be doing:
+ Overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies and partnerships to reach business goals
+ Leading the sales team with clear and objective goals
+ Build and maintain key customer and partnership relationships to elevate business growth
+ Monitor market trends and competitor activity
+ Analysing sales performance data, creating actionable insights and reports

+ Experience leading a commercial function in a Pet / Equine Supplements business + A solid background in directing productive sales teams and facilitating revenue growth + Experience in creating and executing strategies that align with business goals + Proficiency in analysing sales and marketing data to inform strategies and measure performance + Proficient ability to build and maintain partnerships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders + Experience of working in the Equine and/or pet supplement industry. + English and German speaking language skills #LI-Remote
