Our boutique Fostering agency is looking for an experienced Social Worker to work in the Bristol area as a Supervising Social Worker. This is a permanent role with a salary between 32-40k per annum dependent on experience.

Our client is rated Ofsted Outstanding. The client is inclusive, diverse, respecting and values all involved. They follow a therapeutic approach and use models such as DDP in their practice.

Candidates will be responsible for Foster Carers in the Gloucestershire, Bristol & Bath area, and will supervise, train and maintain relationships with them and the children in their care. Candidates must also have experience of working in a Fostering team, preferably in the private sector.

Senior Supervising Social Workers may be asked to undertake Form F assessments of potential foster carers and annual foster carer home reviews and present these to the fostering panel.

You will be Social Work England registered, a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK.
