Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

A leading multidisciplinary consultancy based in the heart of London is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator to join their growing team. With a strong pipeline of exciting projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled professional looking to deepen their involvement in project modelling and coordination.

This position is particularly suited to someone with a hands-on approach to 3D modelling and coordination, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration throughout the design process. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and managing MEP models while ensuring effective coordination across all disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and coordinate detailed MEP models using Revit and Navisworks.

  • Lead clash detection exercises and follow through with resolution workflows.

  • Work closely with engineers, designers, and project teams to maintain model accuracy and coordination.

  • Manage updates and changes to models in line with project timelines.

  • Liaise with external consultants and contractors to support consistent and clash-free designs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a BIM coordination role within the building services or MEP sector.

  • Strong proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.

  • Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems.

  • Excellent attention to detail and coordination skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
