Nottingham City Council is seeking experienced Qualified Social Workers (QSWs) to join our Transformation Teams. These teams are at the forefront of service redesign, delivering specialist reviews aimed at improving outcomes for service users and ensuring efficient and person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out high-quality specialist reviews in line with Care Act 2014

Engage with individuals, families, and partner agencies to co-produce support plans

Apply strengths-based, outcomes-focused approaches to assessments and reviews

Support the transformation of services by identifying areas for change and improvement

Record work to a high standard using electronic case management systems

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)

Current Social Work England registration

Experience in adult social care, ideally in reviews or transformation work

Strong understanding of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding procedures

Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic caseload
