Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join the Family Assessment and Safeguarding Team (FAST) in Great Yarmouth, working on behalf of Norfolk County Council.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Carrying out comprehensive assessments under the Children Act 1989.
* Managing cases involving Child in Need, Child Protection, and court proceedings.
* Conducting Section 47 enquiries and preparing reports for legal proceedings.
* Collaborating with multi-agency partners to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
* Engaging with families to effect positive change using Signs of Safety and strength-based approaches.
* Maintaining accurate, timely case recordings and contributing to team development.

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working available

Pay Rate:
* £45 p/h Umbrella

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Social Work England Registration
* Minimum 3 years' experience in statutory childrens social care
* Experience in safeguarding, assessments, and care proceedings
* Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance
