MEP Revit Technician - Oxford | £30,000 - £40,000 | Hybrid Working

An established and forward-thinking building services consultancy is seeking a skilled MEP Revit Technician to join their team in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic environment that focuses on sustainable design and high-quality engineering solutions across a wide range of sectors, including education, healthcare, commercial, and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce detailed 3D models and drawings for mechanical, electrical, and public health systems using Revit MEP.

  • Work closely with engineers and other design professionals to ensure coordinated and accurate project documentation.

  • Support the design process from concept through to construction stage.

  • Maintain Revit standards and contribute to the continual improvement of BIM processes within the team.

  • Collaborate effectively in a hybrid working environment, ensuring productivity both in-office and remotely.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an MEP Revit Technician in a building services consultancy or similar environment.

  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD.

  • Good understanding of building services coordination and construction detailing.
