The Role:

• Full 360 recruitment responsibilities

• Focused on business development across a mix of new, existing, warm, and lapsed clients

• Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role (agency-side essential)

• Strong business development and sales skills

• A motivated, resilient, and proactive approach

• Confident communication and relationship-building abilities
