Employee Relations Advisor

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
* Lead with Confidence: Manage a varied caseload of complex ER matters, providing expert guidance aligned with employment law and best practice.
* Empower Managers: Coach and support leaders to handle ER issues effectively and fairly.
* Collaborate Across the Business: Work closely with HR colleagues, senior stakeholders, legal teams, and Occupational Health providers.
* Drive Innovation: Review and enhance ER policies and processes to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
* Work Smart: Use our advanced case management system to deliver consistent, high-quality service remotely.
* Gain Broad Exposure: Support contracts across both public and private sectors, adding depth and variety to your experience.
What will you bring to the role?
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practices.
* Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload (up to 60 cases).
* Experience in a HR Shared Service Centre is a plus.
* A people-first mindset with a commitment to confidentiality, fairness, and respect.
* A curious, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
* Confidence in providing clear, commercially aware advice to managers.
* CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification (or working towards it - we'll support your development
