Care Quality Administrator

In this pivotal role, you'll help ensure the smooth running of care quality investigations by managing shared inboxes, coordinating calls, scheduling meetings, reviewing data and ensuring vital information flows to the right people at the right time.
What You'll Be Doing
* Handling incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and empathy
* Managing case records and keeping internal systems updated
* Reviewing reports, following up on actions, and flagging gaps or delays
* Drafting clear, concise, and professional emails
* Scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and taking minutes
* Producing regular reports for senior leaders and stakeholders
