Compliance Administrator
Ref: 5e6c9577b7ad48028d2a91fcd9cce6aaVenn Group are currently recruiting for a Compliance Administrator on behalf of a forward-thinking Housing Association based in Bradford.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy Compliance Team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and supporting property compliance across a growing portfolio.
Day to Day Duties:
* Provide essential administrative support to the Compliance Team
* Log repairs, liaise with contractors, and raise work orders
* Chase and verify compliance documentation and invoices
* Support onboarding/offboarding of properties ensuring H&S and legal standards are met
* Coordinate key management and access processes
* Respond to internal and external enquiries (residents, contractors, Council staff)
* Assist with reporting requirements and inspector scheduling
* Identify and escalate issues of non-compliance, offering support to resolve
* Previous administration experience, ideally within property or housing compliance * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and capable of learning CAFM/database systems * Confident communicator via phone, email, and in person * High attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving Desirable: * Experience working with property contractors or within a housing environment * Knowledge of H&S legislation and housing compliance standards
