HR Systems Analyst
Ref: 8fe5383993b04e23acdefe5f9419d81d* Lead on troubleshooting iTrent system issues and responding to customer enquiries, ensuring all actions and outcomes are documented in line with agreed incident management procedures
* Develop reports using a range of data extraction and report-writing tools to support HR and business operations
* Provide ongoing support for key system interfaces within the iTrent environment, ensuring reliable and effective integration
* Oversee the secure and accurate transfer of data within and between HR systems
* Identify and resolve system-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to service
* Implement new changes or enhancements to the iTrent system in line with evolving business requirements
* Conduct and coordinate testing for new functionality, upgrades, or system configurations
* Support the successful embedding and user adoption of the iTrent system across the organisation through training and documentation
* In-depth knowledge of HR systems (especially iTrent), with the ability to provide strategic and technical guidance on system use and optimisation * Strong skills in system configuration, advanced Excel, database administration, and data analysis, particularly within Payroll and Core HR modules * Proven ability to analyse complex data and technical issues, offering clear solutions using structured logic and process * Experience in balancing competing support and project demands while collaborating across teams to deliver results * Acts as a positive role model who demonstrates attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
