A well-established and forward-thinking accountancy practice is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to play a central role in its growing tax advisory team. This leadership position offers the chance to manage key client relationships, deliver technical advisory projects and contribute to the long-term development of the tax function. You will collaborate directly with partners and senior stakeholders, helping shape strategic initiatives while supporting team development and client success.

Role Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied portfolio of corporate clients, delivering both compliance and tailored advisory solutions.
  • Leading high-level assignments such as restructuring, cross-border tax planning and transaction support.
  • Acting as a key advisor to clients, identifying risks and opportunities to add value.
  • Supervising and coaching junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence.
  • Reviewing complex corporate tax returns and computations to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Staying abreast of evolving tax regulations and translating changes into practical advice.

Personal Requirements

  • CTA and/or ACA qualified, with significant post-qualification experience in corporate tax.
  • Strong technical expertise across a range of tax matters and advisory areas.
  • Confident communicator with a client-centric approach to problem solving.
  • Proven leadership skills with a passion for team development.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
