Eden brown are seeking an experienced and dedicated Motor Vehicle Lecturer/Assessor to join our dynamic team at a leading college in Merseyside.

About the Role:
As a full-time Motor Vehicle Lecturer/Assessor, you will deliver engaging and high-quality teaching and assessment to learners on various motor vehicle courses. You will play a key role in developing practical and theoretical knowledge, preparing students for careers in the automotive industry. Your expertise will support learners to achieve their qualifications and enhance their employability.

Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering practical and theory sessions in motor vehicle maintenance, repair, and diagnostics
* Assessing learners' performance against industry standards and qualification criteria
* Preparing and maintaining detailed learner records and reports
* Supporting curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives
* Keeping up to date with the latest industry practices and technologies

What We're Looking For:
* A Level 3 motor vehicle qualification (e.g., IMI, NVQs, or equivalent)
* Previous experience in a teaching/assessing role within further education or training environments
* A recognised assessors award (A1, TAQA, D33, CAVA or similar)
* Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic techniques
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A commitment to student success and continuous professional development
