Fire Safety Officer

*£400 per day umbrella*

*rolling 3 month contract*

*Local Council*

The role:

Working for a large East London borough, you will be responsible for:

* Quality Assurance of third party FRAs.
* Street Property FRAs.
* Assisting with residential PEEPs.
* Technical fire safety lead for blocks within their patch.
* Supporting Building Safety Managers in preparing safety case reports.
* Regular fire safety inspections of medium rise blocks.
* Post fire investigations.
* Assisting LFB on audits.

Key skills and experience:

* Essential = Minimum L4 certificate or equivalent.
* Essential = Membership of a professional fire safety body (e.g., IFSM, IFE).
* Desirable = Experience within the housing sector.
