Locations: Kettering & Wolverhampton - Private Client
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Car Allowance

Reports to: Clinical Lead / Service Manager

Job Summary:
We are also seeking Speech and Language Therapists for permanent roles based in Kettering and Wolverhampton. The successful candidates will assess, diagnose, and deliver therapy for individuals with communication and/or swallowing difficulties as part of a wider multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
Complete assessments for speech, language, and communication needs

Develop and deliver individualised therapy plans

Support clients using AAC and other communication strategies

Train and support families, educators, and other professionals

Collaborate with MDT colleagues and contribute to integrated care plans

Keep clear, professional records in line with national standards

Essential Requirements:
HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist

Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience working with neurodiverse individuals or those with learning disabilities

UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Desirable:
RCSLT membership

Competency in dysphagia management

Background in SEMH, autism services, or residential settings
