About the Role:
Join a growing and dynamic team based in Cornwall, working on exciting residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in supporting senior surveyors with cost management, contract administration, and project monitoring, ensuring everything stays on budget and runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for projects
• Conduct site visits and assessments
• Support procurement and tendering processes
• Monitor project costs and manage variations
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports and financial forecasts
• Build strong relationships with contractors, clients, and consultants

About You:

• 2-3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying
• Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software (e.g., CostX, Excel)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
• Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
