We're working with a well-established, regional main contractor with a strong reputation across Yorkshire for delivering new build, refurbishment, and maintenance projects up to £5m in value.

Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint experienced Site Managers or Senior Site Managers to join their close-knit team. You'll be based from their office near Leeds and manage projects across a Yorkshire in various sectors.

What you'll be doing:

  • Overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish

  • Leading site teams and subcontractors with clear direction and strong communication

  • Working closely with Contracts/Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget

  • Maintaining high standards of quality, health & safety, and site presentation

  • Attending and chairing progress and subcontractor meetings

  • Supporting and mentoring junior staff on site where required

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience managing construction sites (ideally housing, commercial, or industrial)

  • Ability to plan, programme and manage all aspects of the build process

  • Strong leadership, communication, and people skills

  • SMSTS, First Aid, and Black CSCS card (or working towards)

  • Scaffold inspection, asbestos awareness, and other H&S certs desirable

  • Full UK driving licence required
