Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Qualified Social Worker to join Children and Families Locality Team in North East Lincolnshire Council.

Your daily responsibilities will include:
* As a Social Worker in North East Lincolnshire Council's Children's Services, you will work as part of a team to provide high quality Social Work practice to make a lasting difference to the lives of children and families.
* Social Work practice is highly valued and supported by skilled, knowledgeable and caring leaders and managers.

* As a social worker within our Childrens Assessment Safeguarding service you will be office based where you can collaborate with partners to provide targeted support and interventions for children and families.
* You will provide effective engagement and relationship management with vulnerable children, young people and families and other stakeholders.
* Experience of formulating, implementing and reviewing agreed care plans.
* Experience of working within a statutory Children's Services setting.
* Can demonstrate an awareness of the impact of their involvement as a child care professional
* Experience of carrying out timely assessments of service users' needs, using practice guidance and departmental policies and procedures
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* At least 2 years experience as a social worker within childrens services
* Social Work England Registration
* Driving license and access to own vehicle
