Are you ready to take the next step in your payroll career? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Pensions Coordinator to join our growing team, supporting over 19,000 colleagues across the business.

 

About the role

As Pensions Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a flawless pension service. You’ll manage complex pension tasks, ensure accurate processing, and provide excellent support to colleagues and stakeholders. Reporting to the Pensions Manager, you’ll work closely with the Payroll Team and have opportunities to develop your skills and grow your career.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Administer pension requests, opt-outs, and changes across multiple payrolls.
  • Conduct auto-enrolment assessments and submit returns to The Pensions Regulator.
  • Reconcile pension contributions and liaise with providers.
  • Handle queries and provide clear, supportive guidance to colleagues.
  • Support audits, analyse pension data, and produce management reports.
  • Collaborate with the team and coach peers to ensure consistent service delivery.

 

What we’re looking for

Essential:

  • Experience in payroll administration within an office environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Trustworthy with confidential data and GDPR compliance.

Desirable:

  • CIPP Payroll Technician qualification (preferred).
  • Knowledge of payroll legislation.
  • Experience with SAP payroll (advantageous).
