Site Manager
Ref: 3393879833223_1754040396We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction activities at Ports in Middlesbrough, until December. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and able to manage site operations efficiently on a very busy port site.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations from 07:30 to 16:30.
Manage and coordinate contractors on site, ensuring safe working practices at all times.
Review and manage site documentation, including RAMS, CPP, TBTs, and permits-to-work.
Actively supervise all construction operatives, including working at height activities, and obtain photographic evidence as required.
Ensure all site works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
SSSTS (minimum), SMSTS preferred.
Experience managing construction operatives on live, high-traffic sites.
Strong knowledge of health and safety processes and documentation.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work safely and effectively on a busy port site.
