We are looking for a skilled Floor Layer to join a busy social housing contract based in Rotherham. The successful candidate will be proficient in all aspects of domestic vinyl floor laying, including flat vinyl lays and wet room flooring installations with associated coving finishes.

A company van will be provided, and candidates with complementary skills such as plumbing (or other basic trades) will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out domestic vinyl flooring installations, including wet room flooring and coving finishes.

• Deliver high-quality work that meets client specifications.

• Work efficiently across occupied and void social housing properties.

• Liaise with tenants, site managers, and supervisors to ensure smooth delivery of works.

• Maintain health and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Floor Layer within domestic properties.

• Skilled in flat vinyl laying and wet room installations.

• Experience with coving finishes.

• Complementary trade skills, especially plumbing, are highly beneficial.

• CSCS card preferred (we are open to considering strong candidates without one).

• Full UK Driving Licence and own tools.
