Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Social Worker to join the Family Support Team for Milton Keynes Council.

Location: Civic Offices, Milton Keynes
Pay Rate: £38.00 per hour (Umbrella) - rate is capped
Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 2 to 3 days per week in the office

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing a caseload of children in need, child protection and care proceedings
* Conducting assessments and developing care plans
* Participating in case conferences, reviews, and court work
* Building positive relationships with children and families to achieve best outcomes
* Working closely with partner agencies under a strengths-based approach

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years' experience in children's statutory services
* Social Work England Registration
* Experience in Family Support or Safeguarding Teams
