Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Qualified Social Worker to join Children with Disabilities team for Rotherham Council.

Key duties of the role include:
* have good communication skills, working with children who are non-verbal and have individual communication needs
* complete assessments for children and their families
* Undertake court work and PLO work
* Complete short breaks assessments
* work with a variety of professionals in health, education and social care
* Cover duty within the team
* respond to safeguarding matters and carry out section 47 enquiries where appropriate

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* At least 3 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
* Social Work England Registration
* Driving license and access to own vehicle
