Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join the Child Protection/Locality Team for Bedford Borough Council.

Location: Bedford
Pay Rate: £42.35 per hour (Umbrella)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid working available

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Holding a reduced caseload of complex Child in Need and Child Protection cases
* Supporting and mentoring less experienced social workers within the team
* Chairing strategy meetings and contributing to care planning
* Attending and presenting in court where necessary
* Supporting the Team Manager in maintaining high standards of practice
* Ensuring timely assessments, effective interventions, and robust safeguarding

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Active Social Work England Registration
* Minimum 3 years' post-qualified experience in statutory children's services
* Experience working in CP/Locality teams
* Previous experience in an Advanced Practitioner or Senior Social Worker role
