North Lincolnshire Council is seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join their dedicated Learning Disability and Mental Health Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a practitioner confident in handling complex cases involving adults with a range of needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload involving individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions

Conduct complex assessments and reviews in line with Care Act and Mental Capacity Act requirements

Complete Deprivation of Liberty in the Community (DOLICs) work

Engage in Court of Protection (CoP) proceedings and documentation

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals to safeguard and promote wellbeing

Apply strengths-based and person-centred approaches in case management

Essential Requirements:
Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)

SWE registration

Proven experience in LD and MH adult social work

Solid understanding of DOLICs, CoP, and complex casework

Ability to work both autonomously and within a team

Excellent communication and report-writing skills
