This is a temporary position offering flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to join a well-regarded team during a period of increased demand., * Handling a caseload of private family law matters, including:
+ Divorce and separation
+ Financial remedies
+ Private children matters
+ Cohabitation disputes and pre/post-nuptial agreements
* Providing clear, empathetic, and pragmatic legal advice
* Managing files independently with minimal supervision
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong private family law experience * Proven ability to manage a varied caseload autonomously * Excellent client care and communication skills * Locum experience is desirable but not essential
