* Lead on the preparation of financial reports, including management accounts, cashflows, and variance analysis across corporate and project areas
* Develop financial models and multi-year budgets, and support the assessment of financial implications for major infrastructure and development projects
* Interrogate forecasts and cost plans provided by third parties, ensuring robust financial controls and accurate outturn predictions
* Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and LLP-specific tax requirements (e.g. VAT, CIS, Stamp Duty)
* Improve and embed financial systems, processes, and controls, working across teams and with stakeholders to drive accountability and transparency
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) * Proven experience in a Limited Liability Partnership or public sector organisation, ideally within regeneration or large capital projects * End-to-end finance process expertise, including reporting, controls, and year-end procedures * Proficiency in accounting systems, with preference for experience using Xero * Strong project accounting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach
