Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Family Safeguarding Team (West) at Hertfordshire County Council.

Job Title: Social Worker - Family Safeguarding Team
Location: Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1HY
Pay Rate: £41.50 p/h (Umbrella)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid working available

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing a caseload of children and families in need of safeguarding
* Completing assessments, care plans and court work
* Working collaboratively with multi-agencies to deliver best outcomes
* Using the Family Safeguarding model including motivational interviewing
* Supporting children under Child in Need, Child Protection, and Care proceedings

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years' post-qualified experience within frontline children's services
* Social Work England registration
* Must be a car driver with access to own vehicle
