Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the 0-25 East Team for Brent Council.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Undertaking assessments and delivering interventions for children and young people aged 0-25
* Managing a caseload of children and families with diverse needs
* Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to promote positive outcomes
* Contributing to safeguarding, care planning, and review processes
* Preparing reports and attending case conferences and court as required

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid model

Pay Rate:
* £37.52 per hour (Umbrella)

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
* Social Work England Registration
