Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team for Bedford Borough Council.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Undertaking assessments and interventions for children with disabilities and their families
* Managing a caseload of children with complex needs
* Working collaboratively with families and multi-agency professionals
* Supporting families to access services and resources
* Contributing to care planning, reviews, and safeguarding processes

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid model

Pay Rate:
* £39.50 per hour (Umbrella)

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
* Social Work England Registration
* Experience working with children with disabilities and their families
