Darlington is seeking an experienced Team Manager to support an exciting new pilot project within Children's Services.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and supervise a team of 5 Family Workers

• Provide weekly supervision and management oversight of CIN (Child in Need) cases

• Ensure effective case management and monitor risk levels

• Work in partnership with Locality Team Managers to escalate cases requiring allocation to a Social Worker
