Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Social Worker to join the Family Help North Team for Luton Borough Council

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Delivering targeted support to children and families to prevent escalation into statutory services
* Undertaking Child and Family Assessments to identify strengths, needs, and risks
* Working with families under Child in Need and Child Protection plans
* Developing and implementing outcome-focused plans to promote stability and positive change
* Engaging with multi-agency partners to ensure coordinated support for families
* Maintaining accurate records in line with statutory responsibilities and service standards

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working

Pay Rate:
* £38.83 per hour (Umbrella)

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years' experience in frontline children's social care
* Strong assessment, planning, and safeguarding experience
* Social Work England Registration
