We are currently recruiting an experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join the Integrated Neighbourhood Team covering the Old Moat and Withington areas of Manchester.

This role is ideal for a social worker who is confident managing complex caseloads and working in a fast-paced, community-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex adult social care cases in the community

Carry out Care Act assessments, reviews, and safeguarding enquiries

Work closely with health and other professionals as part of an integrated team

Follow strength-based, person-centred approaches

Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and planning

Requirements:

Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England

Experience handling complex cases in adult services

Strong working knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding procedures

Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and organisational skills
