We are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join the Safeguarding Adults Team in Bradford. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working in a fast-paced environment focused on the protection and wellbeing of vulnerable adults.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake safeguarding enquiries in line with Section 42 of the Care Act 2014

Carry out robust risk assessments and develop safeguarding plans

Liaise effectively with partner agencies including health professionals, police, and care providers

Contribute to strategy discussions and safeguarding case conferences

Ensure all interventions follow strength-based, person-centred approaches

Maintain accurate and timely records in line with statutory duties and local procedures

Requirements:

Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England

Substantial post-qualified experience in safeguarding adults

In-depth understanding of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding protocols

Ability to manage a complex caseload and make sound professional judgements

Excellent communication, recording, and decision-making skills
