HR Administrator (TUPE & Acquisition Associate)
Ref: 24574SDD_1753873456Butler Rose is working with one of the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company in their search for a HR Administrator (TUPE & Acquisition Associate) to join their Payroll team. This is a six months temporary role, based in Bristol and will pay £13.85 an hour PAYE to the successful candidate. Initial training will be in-office 5 days per week for approximately two weeks.
Working Hours: 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm (flexible)
Office Attendance: 2 days per month after initial training period
This role provides vital support to the TUPE team, ensuring that all administrative tasks related to employee transfers are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with deadlines. You'll be a key contact for both internal stakeholders and external clients, helping to deliver a smooth and professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Process TUPE employee data and ensure accuracy in line with implementation targets
Resolve general TUPE queries via phone and email (TUPE in and TUPE out)
Liaise with internal departments (e.g. Managers, Change Partners, Payroll, Benefits, Pensions) to ensure seamless transfer of employee data
Ensure employees are correctly set up for payroll and that ongoing deductions are updated
Perform regular data checks and ensure leaver processes are completed for outgoing employees
Distribute TUPE-related reports accurately and on time
Prioritise workload based on go-live or termination deadlines
Monitor shared mailboxes and ensure queries are addressed efficiently
Promote strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders
Support compliance with team SLAs, deadlines, and reporting requirements
Be prepared to work overtime when required to meet TUPE deadlines
Experience & Skills Required:
Essential Skills & Attributes:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritise work and manage multiple deadlines under pressure
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Excellent organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong communication and customer service skills
Desirable:
Payroll administration experience
Familiarity with SAP systems
Previous experience working in a TUPE or HR data administration environment
