Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker / Advanced Practitioner to join the Locality Team for Barnet Council

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing complex caseloads involving Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Court proceedings
* Undertaking comprehensive assessments and developing robust, outcome-focused plans
* Working closely with children, families, and multi-agency professionals to ensure effective safeguarding and support
* Contributing to permanency planning and achieving timely outcomes for children
* Providing guidance and support to less experienced team members where required

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working

Pay Rate:
* £38.50 per hour (Umbrella)

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years experience in a permanent role within frontline children's services (CIN, CP, and Court work) - strictly required under DfE guidelines
* Experience in statutory safeguarding work
* Social Work England Registration
