Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Social Worker to join the Special Adolescent Team EAST for Hertfordshire County Council

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Delivering intensive interventions to adolescents at risk of or experiencing exploitation, homelessness, or family breakdown
* Supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes and prevent them from entering care or custody
* Working within a contextual safeguarding framework to reduce risk related to CSE, CCE, radicalisation, or missing episodes
* Carrying out s17 and s47 assessments and preparing reports for court and multi-agency panels
* Undertaking direct work with young people and their families, including evening and weekend work where required
* Maintaining accurate records on case management systems and contributing to peer supervision and service development

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working - 3 days in office (DARC, Tenzing Road, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4HS), 2 days WFH

Pay Rate:
* £37 per hour (Umbrella)

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years' experience working with adolescents and complex safeguarding cases
* Proficiency in s17 and s47 processes
* Registered with Social Work England
* Must be a car driver
