Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Social Worker to join the Children and Young Person's Disability Team for Sutton Council

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Supporting children and young people with disabilities and their families
* Undertaking assessments, care planning, and reviews in line with statutory duties
* Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver tailored support
* Ensuring all safeguarding concerns are managed appropriately
* Contributing to improving outcomes and promoting independence for disabled children

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working available

Pay Rate:
* £37 per hour (Umbrella)

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years' experience in frontline children's social care
* Experience working with children with disabilities
* Social Work England Registration
