Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the Assessment & Intervention Team for Southwark Council

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Undertaking Child and Family Assessments within a fast-paced duty team
* Managing cases that may involve initial court proceedings and Looked After Children (LAC) processes
* Working on a structured duty cycle - one week on duty followed by five weeks off duty
* Engaging with children and families to assess needs and ensure the right interventions are in place
* Contributing to safeguarding practice through multi-agency collaboration

Working Pattern:
* Office-based 3 days per week
* Duty week every 6 weeks

Pay Rate:
* £39.04 per hour (Umbrella)

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years' experience in frontline children's social care
* Strong experience in assessment and intervention
* Social Work England Registration
