Council Tax Officer | Lewisham
£27.39 per hour (UMB)

Lewisham Council is seeking experienced Revenue Officers to join our dynamic call centre team. In this role, youll handle Council Tax enquiries, process applications, and support back-office functions during quieter periods.

You will be responsible for administering accounts in line with legislation, maximising collection, handling complex queries, and liaising with enforcement agencies. Strong knowledge of revenue systems and excellent customer service skills are essential.
