Multiple Loan Administration Positions !
Ref: edcfa3a5f3d1462abdd427eda12ae824* Execute daily loan processing activities across the EMEA region in either a Facility Agent or Participant capacity.
* Input all appropriate loan transactions into LIQ or other internal systems, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of loan events, including drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, fee payments, nostro reconciliations, and loan-related reporting.
* Monitor and ensure completion of all required key controls including queue management, intra-day reports, and aide memoire actions.
* Support Team Leaders and Section Head in decision-making, strategic planning, and overall performance management of the team.
* Act as a referral point for junior Administrators; provide coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training as needed.
* Liaise daily with Front Office, Treasury, Pre-Closing teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of loan events.
* Communicate directly with external stakeholders, including Agent Banks, bilateral counterparties, and inter-group companies, to manage settlements and resolve queries.
* Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to increased automation and Straight Through Processing (STP), while maintaining risk controls.
* Provide cross-team support and cover across other Loan Administration teams as required.
* Undertake system testing in collaboration with IT and relevant departments as part of project rollouts or enhancements., * Responsible for both Agency and Participant loan processing under a 4-eye control model, in accordance with Head Office rules, regulatory obligations, and local procedures.
* Collaboration with outsourced processing teams and front office partners to deliver high-quality service across the EMEA loan portfolio.
* Management and coordination of end-to-end loan lifecycle events, ensuring data integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance.
* Strong knowledge of syndicated and bilateral loan processing, ideally with LIQ system experience. * Proven experience in loan administration within a banking or financial institution. * Understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., Head Office rules, local compliance obligations). * Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment with excellent attention to detail. * Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Familiarity with Agile working practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is desirable.
