About the role-

The Diageo Luxury Company is a high-growth business that focuses on unlocking the enormous potential of premium and luxury spirits. With an industry-leading portfolio that includes Johnnie Walker, Tanqueray TEN, Don Julio & Casamigos, and The Singleton the opportunities for growth are enormous.

The role aims to deliver the brand advocacy strategy in partnership with brand, commercial and culture teams, driving consumer advocacy, building brand equity, and supporting the delivery of the brand/category direction and performance.

This role is the conduit between brand and commercial success, driving meaning and relevance through the curation of exceptional experiences which build the relationships to grow our iconic brands.

Role Responsibilities-

In conjunction with the Head of Advocacy and the brand manager, identify, develop, and lead marketing activities.
* Work with our brand team to input into growth drivers and activities, from concept to execution, including World Class and DBA
* Act as the face of the brand and Diageo - ensure the highest standards are always upheld.
* Drives Brand Passion & Education with bartenders and consumers via World Class, masterclasses, experiences and trial.
* Captures content to Inspire consumers and trade customers to drive talkability and awareness.
* Curates luxury brand experiences through local acts in culture serve rituals, events and local World Class initiatives.
* Drives internal capabilities and engagement through being an expert on industry trends & competitor insights etc.
* Unlocks trade opportunities (distribution, menus and partnerships) through relationships and networks.
* Creative and inspiring approach to be able to delight consumers and customers. * Good business and commercial foresight * Able to demonstrate excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across functions. * Brand and Category Knowledge across Spirits and total beverage alcohol with experience in process, ingredients, provenance and trends. * Passion for super premium brands, our customers & our consumers. * Operates proactively - and, where necessary, reactively - to beat the competition. * Project management skills - being able to plan, prioritise and lead deliverables. * Demonstrates consistently high standards of execution. * Excellent presentation skills and professionalism. * Be a socially responsible ambassador for Diageo externally.
