Our Business Technology Services (BTS) team is looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join as a Business Change and Technology Project Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with senior project managers and a range of stakeholders to support the delivery of key business change projects across the Associated British Foods group.
What You'll Be Doing
+ Supporting the delivery of business change and technology projects through the full project lifecycle in line with governance frameworks.
+ Defining scope and schedules for smaller projects or workstreams, and assisting senior project managers on larger, more complex initiatives.
+ Monitoring project progress, maintaining RAID logs, and reporting on milestones to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
+ Preparing progress reports and communicating updates to senior stakeholders, sponsors, and steering committees.
+ Collaborating as an active team member alongside technical, non-technical, and third-party partners.
+ Assisting with administrative and coordination tasks to support smooth project execution.
+ Managing stakeholder expectations and supporting communication plans for project deliverables.

+ Experience supporting business change and technology projects or workstreams, ideally within a matrix or federated environment. + Familiarity with project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches. + Effective communication skills, capable of translating complex project information for a variety of audiences. + Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. + Ability to prioritise activities effectively in collaboration with senior project resources. + A problem-solving mindset, combining creative and pragmatic approaches. + Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel. + Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-evolving global technology service environment.
