Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Assessment & Intervention Team at Slough Children First.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Undertaking social work on allocated cases within the front door service
* Producing outcome-based plans that reflect the needs and risks to children and families
* Completing assessments in line with statutory requirements
* Working effectively with children, young people, and families to improve outcomes
* Engaging in multi-agency working and presenting cases in multi-agency settings
* Exploring and assessing risk using evidence-based approaches
* Preparing professional reports and court statements
* Supporting family network meetings/family group conferences
* Transferring cases across services with clear transfer plans

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid model

Pay Rate:
* £35.70 per hour (Umbrella)

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
* Social Work England Registration
* Court work experience desirable
* Driving licence and access to own vehicle (desirable)
