Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking experienced Qualified Social Workers (QSWs) to join our Adult Safeguarding Team on a short-term basis.

You will be responsible for completing Section 42 safeguarding enquiries, working with a wide range of service users including:

Adults with mental health needs

Individuals with learning disabilities (LD)

Adults with physical disabilities

Older adults (65+)

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration

Minimum of 2 years' experience in adult safeguarding

Proven experience in undertaking Section 42 enquiries

Strong understanding of the Care Act 2014

Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload
