Job Title: MEP Revit Coordinator

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

An established building services consultancy based in Blackfriars is seeking a talented MEP Revit Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced BIM professional to contribute to a growing portfolio of high-profile commercial and residential projects across the UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing coordinated MEP Revit models, supporting the engineering teams in the development of detailed designs, and ensuring BIM standards and workflows are consistently applied. Working alongside engineers and external consultants, the MEP Revit Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, clash-free models are delivered on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage 3D MEP models using Revit.
  • Coordinate with architectural and structural models for clash detection and resolution.
  • Work closely with mechanical and electrical engineers to support design development.
  • Ensure BIM standards and protocols are maintained across projects.
  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and model reviews.
  • Produce detailed installation and construction drawings where required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the MEP sector.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks.
  • Good understanding of building services design and coordination principles.
  • Ability to interpret engineering schematics and specifications.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of BIM Level 2 standards and processes is desirable.
