Site Manager - Wells-next-the-Sea

Sector: Temporary & Modular Buildings

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join my clients growing team and take the lead on an exciting project based in Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk. If you're proactive, organised, and have a strong track record managing construction sites - particularly in the temporary or modular buildings sector - we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth delivery and adherence to deadlines

Oversee subcontractors, site labour, and material deliveries

Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures

Maintain accurate records, site diaries, and progress reports

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the project team to ensure high standards are met

✅ Requirements:
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

First Aid at Work (valid certificate)

CSCS card (valid)

Proven experience in managing construction sites

Ideally experience with modular buildings, temporary structures, or offsite construction

Excellent communication and organisational skills

This role is site-based in Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk.
