About the Role

South Norfolk and Broadland Councils are seeking a Systems and Information Advisor to join us in a role that role supports the efficient and effective delivery of housing and benefit services through the maintenance, development, and optimisation of our IT systems (Civica Revenues and Benefits).

Based in the Housing and Benefits team, this is a unique opportunity to work in a progressive IT environment and contribute to shaping how technology supports and transforms public services.

Working closely with service managers and colleagues, the role will provide expert support and advice to ensure our housing and benefit services continue to meet the needs of our community.

About You

With well-developed verbal and written communication skills, you will have demonstrable technical experience relating to a range of databases and spreadsheets, together with the ability to develop management information reporting processes. You will also be able to Able to advise and support colleagues with technical problems through hands on training or preparation of guidance notes.
