Customer Liaison Manager - Leeds

RG Setsquare are working in partnership with a leading Housing Development organisation based in Leeds. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Liaison Manager to join their Customer Care Team within the West Yorkshire regions. Due to the nature of the role, you will spend the majority of your time at allocated sites, ensuring their homes are defect free before and after their customers move into their new homes. This is a great opportunity to join a market leader in the industry, that attract, motivated and retain their best people who can deliver the best service for their customers. Your new role as Customer Liaison Manager:

As the Customer Liaison Manager you will report directly into the Customer Services Director, your responsibilities will include to manage and continually improve the Customer Service experience for customers to support the company's ambitions and to maintain their 5-star builder and a leader in Customer Service in the homebuilding industry. You will also record the results of the inspections and report back to stakeholders on outcomes, attending and chairing weekly sales and construction meetings, attending NHBC claim investigations as and when required, ensuring all findings are recorded in the appropriate systems.


The Experience & Qualifications Required:

You will be a straightforward and friendly team player who has experience in a similar role with a housebuilder. You will creative and used to using your organisational and planning skills, with experience of understanding of the expected fit and finish of a new home. You will have experience within a similar role in the housebuilding/construction industry, (customer relationship managers, quality assurance inspectors etc.) is essential as well as the desire to work between allocated sites. A full UK driving license is required, a company car or allowance will be provided, along with a performance related bonus.
