Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead a newly launched Assessment Service for Reading Borough Council

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Leading a new Assessment Team operating on a duty rota
* Undertaking Single Assessments
* Carrying cases through to Initial Child Protection Conference (ICPC) or first Child in Need (CHiN) Plan meeting
* Supporting progression of care plans outside of duty week
* Participating in team meetings, service planning, and training activities

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid model - minimum two days a week in office
* Full in-office attendance required during duty week
* Flexible time for visits, planning, and case work when not on duty

Pay Rate:
* £47 per hour (Umbrella)

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
* Social Work England Registration
* Driving licence and access to own vehicle
